Heavy Equipment Operator

This is a Full-Time, W-2 General Construction position with Rinvio in Birmingham, AL, paying $24–$28 / hr.

Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client. Rinvio is recruiting heavy equipment operators for opportunities in Birmingham, Alabama. The anticipated pay range is $24 to $28 per hour, depending on relevant experience and the equipment assigned. This is a general recruiting posting for operators who take care of their machines and work safely around the rest of the crew. Typical duties may include: - Operating assigned construction equipment to move materials, prepare work areas or support grading and site work. - Checking equipment before use and reporting damage, leaks or other operating concerns. - Following the site plan and the supervisor's instructions for each task. - Watching ground conditions, clearances and nearby workers, and using spotters when needed. - Coordinating with truck drivers and ground crews during loading and material movement. - Completing routine equipment checks within your training and keeping basic operating records. Experience on excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes or similar equipment is preferred. You do not need experience on every machine listed. Include the equipment you can operate, the work you have performed and any relevant training or certifications in your resume.
