Chad Bean has built Rinvio from the ground up, leading the company since 2019 and driving more than a decade of staffing wins for clients nationwide. A veteran of Apex Systems, Spencer Ogden, and GQR Global Markets, he has led over $100 million in staffing sales. Every crew Rinvio sends carries his standard.
Jeff Kim is the operational backbone of Rinvio, architecting the systems that move crews, support clients, and keep the company running with precision. His career spans leadership across operations and business management, from the VP of Operations seat at Cubcoats to managing business affairs for entertainment and professional sports clients.
Joseph Cyriac leads Rinvio’s go-to-market, building the sales engine and outreach systems that put the company in front of clients nationwide. He has spent his career scaling technology companies, most recently as the growth leader who took Vero Skills from startup to major player.
Blake Bogle drives Rinvio’s growth across electrical and skilled-trades staffing, turning first calls into long-term client partnerships. Based in Los Angeles, he has led revenue growth and client development on a national scale, and he built his reputation on showing up exactly the way he promises.
Ben Calcagno leads delivery at Rinvio, running the pipeline that turns a client request into a skilled crew on site. He has helped companies across the country scale through staff augmentation, and when a labor gap threatens a schedule, he is the executive who makes sure the work gets covered.
William Hecker has led teams and projects across sales and staffing, and he brings that drive to Rinvio’s electrical division and its expansion into distributed craft and skilled trades. A former sales team lead at Vero Skills, he made his mark fast, closing the fastest first-week deal in Rinvio history.
Rinvio began as Ignite Recruitment, a software brokerage that paid industry specialists a bounty for referring the right people to open jobs.
We launched the first-ever iPhone app for bounty-based recruitment, turning trusted referrals into real placements.
We widened well past white-collar roles, adding new sectors and the fieldwork that would come to define us.
We built AI through our referral technology and daily operations, and moved into our headquarters in Huntington Beach, California.
With the recruitment market changed for good, we took the name we carry today. Ignite Recruitment LLC remains the company behind it.
We launched our contract staffing division, folded in our referral technology, wound down direct hire, and focused entirely on skilled and craft trades across the United States.
Rinvio became the leader in agentic-AI workforce staffing in the United States, and one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the country.
