Licensed Lead Electrician

This is a Full-Time, W-2 Electrical position with Rinvio in Orange Beach, AL, paying $30–$40 / hr.

Rinvio is seeking an experienced, licensed Lead Commercial Electrician to oversee an assigned electrical scope in Orange Beach, Alabama. The Lead Electrician works closely with the project superintendent and other trades to ensure the assigned work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Responsibilities: - Supervise and direct electricians working on the assigned scope. - Plan daily work and communicate production expectations to the crew. - Manage manpower, materials, and installation progress. - Coordinate electrical work with the superintendent and other trades. - Maintain high safety and quality standards. - Read and work from electrical drawings, specifications, and project schedules. - Monitor productivity and help keep the assigned scope on schedule. - Identify material, manpower, and field-coordination issues before they delay production. - Mentor and motivate electricians assigned to the crew. - Use company-provided technology, including an iPad or smartphone, for communication and project documentation. Qualifications: - Active electrician license required; journeyman or master electrician license preferred. - At least five years of electrical field-leadership experience managing an assigned scope. - Experience running electrical work on multimillion-dollar commercial construction projects. - Strong knowledge of the NEC, applicable local codes, and construction-safety requirements. - Demonstrated ability to manage manpower, materials, quality, and production. - Ability to coordinate effectively with superintendents and other trades. - Basic computer and written-communication skills. - OSHA 30 preferred.
