What these terms cover
Rinvio, a trade name of Ignite Recruitment LLC, Manhattan Beach, California, sends text messages through three programs, described below. These terms apply to all three. Our services are offered in the United States only. How we handle your information is covered by the Privacy Policy and, for job applicants, the Applicant Privacy Notice.
For every program: message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of employment, of applying, or of any purchase.
Program 1: Recruiting texts
If you opt in when you apply for a job or join our talent network, Rinvio may text you about job matches, interview scheduling, and application updates at the mobile number you provide, including via automated technology.

- Consent is not a condition of applying or of employment. You can apply, join the talent network, and work with us without ever opting in to texts.
Program 2: Crew quote texts
When a business requests a crew quote through our website and provides a mobile number for it, Rinvio texts the quote to that number.
- Message frequency: one text per quote request. We do not send follow-up marketing texts under this program.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- Agreeing to receive the quote text is not a condition of purchasing any Rinvio service. If you opt out, we deliver your quote by phone or email instead.
Program 3: Sign-in code texts
When portal login launches, Rinvio will text a one-time sign-in code to the mobile number on your account when you request one on the login page. This program is not live yet; these terms will govern it when it is.
- Message frequency: one text per sign-in request you make.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. If you opt out, we provide another way to sign in.
- Requesting a code is your choice each time. It is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any Rinvio text to stop receiving texts from that program. We honor opt-outs promptly, and you may get one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, email info@rinvio.com, or call (949) 216-4879. You can also ask us by email or phone to stop texting you, and we will.
Carriers
Supported carriers include major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Your mobile information
We never sell mobile opt-in data or SMS consent, and we never share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Your number goes only to Rinvio and the service providers that send our texts for us, under contracts that limit what they can do with it. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
