Why this notice exists
Scammers impersonate real staffing companies to steal money and personal information from job seekers. Rinvio, a trade name of Ignite Recruitment LLC, wants you to apply safely. This notice tells you how we actually contact candidates, what we never do, and where to report anything suspicious.
How Rinvio contacts you
Rinvio contacts candidates through three channels only:
- Phone calls from our recruiting numbers, including (949) 216-4879.
- Text messages from our recruiting numbers, and only after you opt in. Our texting practices are covered by the SMS Terms.
- Email from addresses ending in @rinvio.com.
A message from a personal Gmail, Yahoo, or lookalike domain, or from a number that texts you before you ever opted in, is not from us.
What Rinvio will always do
- List real openings only on our official careers pages at rinvio.com.
- Interview you before making any offer.
- Pay every placed worker as a W-2 employee, with normal payroll, never through your personal bank transfers.
What Rinvio will never do
- Ask you for money or fees to apply, interview, or get hired.
- Ask you to buy gift cards, wire money, or send payment of any kind.
- Ask for bank credentials, account logins, or money transfers during recruiting.
- Request sensitive documents such as your Social Security number, passport, or banking details early in the process. Employment paperwork happens after a real offer, through normal onboarding.
See something suspicious?
Do not click links or share information. Forward the message to info@rinvio.com or call (949) 216-4879, and we will confirm whether it is really from Rinvio. If you already sent money or shared account details, contact your bank right away and report the scam to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
