Quantity Surveyor (Data Center Construction)
This is a Full-Time, W-2 Data Center position with Rinvio in Amarillo, TX, paying $49–$68 / hr.
Rinvio is staffing a construction Quantity Surveyor for a long-term, multi-year data center and mission-critical construction project. You will handle quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, progress measurement, and change order pricing for the construction scope on a large active build. This is an hourly W-2 staff position with steady work for the duration of the project.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quantity surveying or cost management on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Working knowledge of construction scopes, takeoffs, and change order pricing
- Strong Excel skills and experience with standard estimating or cost management software
- Degree in quantity surveying or construction management, or equivalent field experience
- OSHA 10 preferred
