Quantity Surveyor (Data Center Construction)
This is a Full-Time, W-2 Data Center position with Rinvio in Amarillo, TX, paying $49–$68 / hr.
Rinvio is staffing a construction Quantity Surveyor for a long-term, multi-year data center and mission-critical construction project. You will handle quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, progress measurement, and change order pricing for the construction scope on a large active build. This is an hourly W-2 staff position with steady work for the duration of the project.
Requirements
3+ years of quantity surveying or cost management on commercial or industrial construction projects Working knowledge of construction scopes, takeoffs, and change order pricing Strong Excel skills and experience with standard estimating or cost management software Degree in quantity surveying or construction management, or equivalent field experience OSHA 10 preferred
