Off-Site Manufacturing Superintendent (Data Center)

This is a Full-Time, W-2 Data Center position with Rinvio in Amarillo, TX, paying $71–$98 / hr.

Rinvio is hiring an experienced Off-Site Manufacturing Superintendent for a long-term, multi-year data center construction project. You will run day-to-day field operations for the Off-Site Manufacturing scope: coordinating trade contractors, driving the schedule, enforcing safety and quality standards, and keeping the work moving. This is an hourly W-2 staff position with steady, long-duration work on a mission-critical build.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial or industrial construction field supervision, with direct experience leading Off-Site Manufacturing scopes
Able to read and work from construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
Experience coordinating multiple trade contractors on large active job sites
OSHA 30 preferred
Superintendent experience on data center, industrial, or other large commercial projects, or equivalent field experience
