Major Commercial Construction Location: Orlando, Florida Salary: $175,000–$215,000 annually, with flexibility The Opportunity Rinvio is identifying an experienced General Superintendent for a major commercial construction project with a general contractor in Orlando, Florida. This is a senior field-leadership opportunity for someone who has led complex, ground-up projects from mobilization through completion. The role centers on coordinating the overall construction effort, leading field teams, maintaining safe and productive operations, and keeping the work aligned with the project schedule and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate the work of subcontractors, trades, and field personnel. - Plan construction activities, work sequencing, material needs, and equipment use to support project milestones. - Work closely with project management to address field issues and communicate progress, risks, and upcoming priorities. - Interpret drawings and specifications and help resolve constructability questions with the project team. - Maintain a strong safety culture and oversee compliance with site procedures and quality standards. - Manage field execution through project completion, including inspections, punch-list work, and closeout. Relevant Background - Established experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent working for a general contractor. - A record of delivering major ground-up construction projects from start to finish. - Experience coordinating multiple trades and leading teams on complex construction sites. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control. - Clear communication, practical problem-solving skills, and accountability for field performance.
