Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client. Lead a 10-person asphalt paving crew on heavy highway work in Tampa, Florida. The approved salary for this Asphalt Paving Foreman position is $110,000 per year. This is a field leadership role centered on coordinating the crew, equipment and resources needed to keep paving work moving safely and on time. What you will do • Lead the crew’s day-to-day field work, communicating priorities and coordinating activity across the paving operation. • Coordinate equipment and resources with the work ahead so the crew can carry out its assigned paving tasks. • Keep project managers informed about progress, field conditions and issues that need attention. • Help the crew stay focused on safe, timely work, with clear communication when conditions or priorities change. Preferred background Asphalt paving experience and demonstrated crew leadership are preferred.
