Fire Alarm & VESDA Superintendent (Data Center)
This is a Full-Time, W-2 Low Voltage position with Rinvio in Austin, TX, paying $71–$98 / hr.
Rinvio is hiring an experienced Fire Alarm & VESDA Superintendent for a long-term, multi-year data center construction project. You will run day-to-day field operations for the Fire Alarm & VESDA scope: coordinating trade contractors, driving the schedule, enforcing safety and quality standards, and keeping the work moving. This is an hourly W-2 staff position with steady, long-duration work on a mission-critical build.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction field supervision, with direct experience leading Fire Alarm & VESDA scopes
- Able to read and work from construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Experience coordinating multiple trade contractors on large active job sites
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Superintendent experience on data center, industrial, or other large commercial projects, or equivalent field experience
