Construction Manager - Life Safety Systems (Data Center)
This is a Full-Time, W-2 Low Voltage position with Rinvio in Amarillo, TX, paying $71–$98 / hr.
Rinvio is staffing a Life Safety Systems Construction Manager for a long-term, multi-year data center construction project. You will run day-to-day field execution for the Life Safety Systems scope, coordinating trade contractors, tracking schedule and quality, and keeping installed work aligned with drawings and specs. This is an hourly W-2 staff position with steady work on a mission-critical build for the duration of the project.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience, including 3+ years managing Life Safety Systems scopes
- Prior data center, mission-critical, or large industrial project experience strongly preferred
- Able to read and enforce drawings, specifications, and submittals for the Life Safety Systems scope
- Degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent field experience
- OSHA 30 preferred
