CDL Class A Driver / Equipment Operator

This is a Full-Time, W-2 General Construction position with Rinvio in Abilene, TX, paying $25–$30 / hr.

Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client. Rinvio is hiring a CDL Class A Driver / Equipment Operator for on-site project work in Abilene, Texas. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience. This role combines truck driving, trailer operation and hands-on support for the project crew. Driving duties include operating a 10-speed manual-transmission tractor pulling a belly-dump trailer. You may also operate manual-transmission dump trucks and a water truck. This is a driving and field-work role, so be prepared for duties beyond time behind the wheel. Other work may include physical labor and operating equipment such as skid-steers, backhoes, rollers and maintainers. The mix of driving, equipment operation and physical work can vary with the stage of the project. Include the trucks, trailers and equipment you have operated in your resume so we can understand your relevant background. The usual schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., with flexibility needed as project work changes. Overtime is possible but is not guaranteed. The work area for this opening is Abilene only. Applicants must hold a Class A CDL and be able to drive manual-transmission vehicles and pull a trailer. Longer-term employment may become available, but a permanent position is not guaranteed.
