Traveling Superintendent — Electrical & Data Center Projects

This is a Full-Time, W-2 General Construction position with Rinvio in Nationwide (Travel), US, paying $45–$65 / hr.

Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client. Location: Nationwide (Travel), US Pay: $45–$65 per hour, depending on experience. Rinvio is seeking construction superintendents for traveling assignments supporting electrical and data center projects. We are looking for field leaders who can organize work, coordinate crews and maintain safe, quality-focused jobsite operations. Electrical experience is preferred, not required. Superintendents with strong general construction, commercial or industrial backgrounds and transferable field leadership experience are encouraged to apply. Data center or other mission-critical project experience is a plus. Key responsibilities - Lead day-to-day field activities and coordinate crews and trades. - Plan work sequences, monitor progress and communicate schedule needs. - Support jobsite safety, quality inspections and issue resolution. - Read construction drawings and coordinate field questions with project teams. - Maintain field documentation and support punch lists and project closeout. Relevant background - Superintendent or comparable construction field leadership experience. - Clear communication and the ability to coordinate multiple work activities. - Electrical installation oversight or coordination of electrical scopes is especially valuable. - Willingness and availability to travel for assignments. - Applicants must currently be based in the United States.
