Roller Operator - Asphalt Paving
Rinvio is hiring an experienced Roller Operator for highway and site asphalt paving work. You will run steel drum and rubber tire rollers behind the paver, holding rolling patterns and hitting density on mainline, shoulders, and tie-ins. This is a W-2 position with steady hours on active paving projects.
Requirements
2+ years operating steel drum or pneumatic rollers on asphalt crews, or equivalent field experience Able to hold rolling patterns and meet compaction and density specs behind the paver Comfortable working around live traffic, haul trucks, and paving equipment OSHA 10 preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
