Paver Operator - Asphalt Paving
Rinvio is staffing an experienced Paver Operator for highway and site asphalt paving work. You will run the paving machine, keeping line, grade, and mat quality consistent while coordinating with the screed crew and haul trucks. This is a W-2 position with steady hours on active paving projects.
Requirements
3+ years operating an asphalt paving machine on highway or commercial crews, or equivalent field experience Working knowledge of mat thickness, yield, and joint quality Able to pace truck exchanges and keep the machine moving with the rolling crew OSHA 10 preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
