Electrical Project Executive
This is a W-2 Electrical position with Rinvio in Hamlet, NC, paying $185,000–$300,000 / yr.
Rinvio is recruiting an Electrical Project Executive to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in the Hamlet, NC area. This role owns overall project strategy, client relationships, financial performance, execution planning, and successful project delivery. Responsibilities: provide executive leadership for electrical construction projects; oversee project managers, superintendents, and field leadership; manage client relationships and project expectations; review budgets, schedules, risks, and project performance; support project strategy, procurement, and subcontractor planning; drive safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Requirements
10+ years of electrical construction leadership experience. Experience with large industrial, manufacturing, data center, or mission-critical projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Licensing and jurisdiction-specific requirements will be confirmed during screening.
