How we deploy.

From your first call to boots on the ground — usually within a single business day.

You define the seat.

Send us the role, the schedule, the certifications required, and the site address. We translate it into a fillable order in under 30 minutes.

We pull from the bench.

You receive a shortlist of three to five pre-vetted candidates, ranked by certifications, location, last employer, and availability. Not a flood of résumés — a shortlist.

Compliance, handled.

W-2 onboarding, background check, drug screen, ISNetworld, and site-specific orientation are completed by Rinvio before mobilization. You approve and assign — that's it.

We hold the line.

Weekly check-ins with the site PM, monthly performance reviews, and a five-day replacement guarantee on any underperformer. Retention runs at 92%.
